Stretch marks are also known as striae and are formed when the skin shape is changed rapidly due to weight gain or body growth.

Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera is known for its many beauty and health benefits. It helps in healing many body marks including stretch marks. Apply fresh aloe vera gel on your stretch marks for 30 minutes before you take bath.

Coconut Oil

Coconut oil is available in hand in everyone’s house and is a remedy for everything. It helps to lighten the stretch marks and also for wound healing. Apply virgin coconut oil on stretch marks daily foe best results.

Hyaluronic acid

Hyaluronic acid stimulates the production of collagen that is required for the skin to be healthy and glowing. The amount of collagen reduces with age so by consuming hyaluronic acid collagen will be developed.

Sugar

Make a sugar scrub and exfoliate the area. For making a scrub, mix one cup of sugar with quarter cup of almond oil or coconut oil. Mix them well and add some lemon juice and scrub the area with this mixture. Repeat the scrub for many times in a week for good results.
